House Made Focaccia Bread

Made from scratch daily and served freshly baked with an Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Traditional Dark Balsamic. We use honey and flour with gluten to make this fluffy focaccia. A side is one square cut in half, without oil and vinegar (dip) unless added; a full order is two squares cut in half plus the oil and vinegar.

Tomato, Coconut + Basil Soup

Creamy without the cream as we use coconut milk, fresh tomatoes and just the right amount of Tomato Basil Sea Salt along with a finishing drizzle of Basil infused EVOO. A true classic.

Portobello + Truffle Mushroom Soup

Our famous dairy and gluten free mushroom soup fills the soul from the inside out. This blended soup contains sautéed mushrooms and a Black Truffle Oil finish.

Olive Tap Greek Salad

Our traditional Greek Salad has tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, kalamata olives and feta cheese. Salad dressing made with Milanese Gremolata EVOO and Oregano White Balsamic finished with Oregano Sea Salt blend. *Made to order. Vegan without feta.

Lemon Dill Pasta Salad

Fusili pasta, dill pickles, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, bell peppers, feta and red onion. Mixed together with our creamy lemon dill dressing. *Made to Order *Vegan upon request - can be made without mayonnaise and feta.

Basil Pesto Chickpea Salad

Fresh chickpeas, quinoa, basil, red onions, celery, grape-tomatoes, feta cheese and pesto all tossed in our delicious lemony dressing. *Pre-made, good grab'n'go option.

3 Cheese & Dill

Aged cheddar, mozarella, parmesan on our focaccia bread with Wild Dill infused EVOO and fresh dill. Extra tasty when our Pulled Pork is added or try it with Roasted Chicken. Not a dill fan? We can make this with our Butter EVOO and no dill upon request.
